Reservation Cancellations:

    Standard Reservations:

    Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee.
    Cancellation 15-29 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival: No refund.

    1. Non-Refundable Reservations:

    These bookings offer a lower rate but are fully non-refundable. No refund will be issued regardless of the cancellation date.

    1. Early Departures:

    In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the stay.

    1. No Shows:

    Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival will be charged the full amount of their reservation. No refund will be provided.

    1. Changes to Reservations:

    Changes 30 days or more prior to arrival: Changes can be made subject to availability with no additional fee. Changes 15-29 days prior to arrival: Changes can be made subject to availability with a 10% administrative fee.
    Changes less than 15 days prior to arrival: No changes are permitted.

    1. Special Promotions and Packages:

    Reservations made under special promotions, packages, or discounted rates may have different terms and conditions. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.

    In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements or refunds at our discretion.

    1. Refund Process:

    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking
