2. Reservations and Bookings

• To secure a reservation, a full deposit (100% of the total booking cost) is required at the time of booking.
• You can make reservations online, over the phone, or in person.
• Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.
• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days of arrival incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.
• The hotel is not responsible for room cancellations due to flight/ferry cancellations or weather events.

4. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive and do not cancel their booking will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. Changes to Reservations

• Changes to reservations (including date changes) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Changes must be made at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

6. Payment Terms

• A full deposit (100% of the total booking cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, UPI, NEFT, and IMPS.
• Guests using credit cards are responsible for any processing or transaction fees.

7. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 12:00 Noon
• Check-Out Time: 09:00 A.M
• Check-in will be granted only by showing the Confirmation at the Front Office, Therefore, the guest is advised to carry a copy (hard/soft) of the Booking/Confirmation Voucher.
• In keeping with Government regulations, we request all the guests to carry their identity card (Driving license, passport, Aadhaar card or voter’s ID card) and to present it while checking in.
• Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa.
• Early Check-In : Subject to availability (Inform on prior basis).
• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges of Rs. 1500/- (for 2 hrs only).

8. Room Policies

• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is 2 Adults as specified in the booking confirmation.
• Extra Person/Child will be accommodated (with Extra mattress/without mattress). 
• If in case of Family of 01 Couple + 02 Kids, then we can accommodate 01 Child with Extra Mattress (5years to above 12 years) and 01 Child without Extra Mattress (5yrs to below 10 years).
• 12 years and above count as Adult only.

9. Hotel Policy

• All rooms are Non-Smoking.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Outside foods and liquor are not allowed.

10. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must behave appropriately and respect other guests and staff. The Luxor reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for inappropriate behavior.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. Charges for repair or replacement will be billed to the guest.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Luxor Andaman and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12. Liability

• The Luxor Andaman is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Luxor Andaman will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay.
